Small Animal Clinic
Appointments
Call us at (603) 298-8381 when you arrive. A team member will check you in over the phone. At this time, please be prepared to discuss any questions or concerns about your pet you would like to share with the doctor. When we are ready for you, we will have you come to the front door with your pet. If you need assistance, please let us know. Make sure cats are transported in sturdy carriers and dogs are properly restrained via leash and ready to be greeted by our staff.

In-Person Appointments
If you would like to join your pet inside the clinic, we are happy to invite up to two people into the exam room for each appointment (exceptions for euthanasias, see details below.)
Masks are optional for clients, but please wear a mask if you have any respiratory symptoms. We ask that you do not help restrain your animals at this time. For pets that need caregiver assistance, we will continue to accommodate these appointments outside.

Quick appointments for technician services such as vaccine boosters and nail trims will continue to be provided as curbside appointments. Checking in for surgical procedures will also continue as previously.

If for any reason, you wish to remain outside while your pet comes inside, we are happy to accommodate and will continue with our curbside procedures.

Curbside Appointments
For those clients who prefer not to enter the clinic, or for technician appointments, we are pleased to continue to offer our curbside service.

Once you have checked in and brought your pet to our staff (See above), we’ll be in contact with you during your pet’s appointment. Just as you would during a traditional visit, you can speak with a doctor or technician while your pet is inside to ask questions and voice your concerns. We'll perform any necessary treatments and prepare your invoice and all take home medications for your pet. At the end of your appointment, the doctor will call to discuss you pet including any concerns, medications, or procedures.

Once you are finished talking to the doctor, a team member will talk to you over the phone to check you out and process payment. At the moment, we’re accepting cash, check, debit, and credit. This may take an extra phone call if our staff are helping other clients. Once you are all checked out, we’ll meet you at the door with your pet.

If you’re feeling under the weather or believe you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your continued cooperation and understanding as we all make our way through this pandemic safely together.

Medication Pickup
When coming to the clinic to pick up medication, please call (603) 298-8381 when you are en route. We will have you pay for your medication over the phone and place it outside the front door in our "Medication to be Picked Up" bin.

Euthanasia Considerations
Providing compassionate end of life care for our patients remains a top priority for all of us. For small animal euthanasia, we invite our clients (maximum of three people) to be with their pet in the clinic provided they wear a mask at all times. When weather permits, we can accommodate euthanasia appointments outside in our Memorial Garden.

We are still offering home euthanasia services as our doctors' schedules allow. Please call for more information or scheduling.
Large Animal Appointments
We are pleased to continue offering our full range of large animal services at this time. We ask that clients follow the most recent CDC guidelines in an effort to keep our clients and doctors as safe as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about our policies, please let your doctor know in advance.

Medication pickup for large animal clients is available at the small animal clinic. Please see the instructions above.
